We can assist you in drafting contracts, employment agreements, non-compete agreements, and if such contracts are breached we can file suit to recover damages.

Civil Litigation – lawsuits between private individuals and businesses to recover monetary damages, seek injunctions, enforce contracts or recover for personal injuries due to another’s negligence.

Criminal Law – criminal defense, appeals, and post-conviction proceedings. We also handle traffic tickets and mandatory court appearances for traffic violations.

Personal Injury – lawsuits by individuals to recover lost wages, medical expenses, and other damages for injuries sustained due to the negligence of another. In car accident cases, we can assist you in negotiating with insurance companies to obtain a favorable settlement, or in filing lawsuits against the responsible parties to obtain relief in court if a reasonable settlement is not possible.
